Splitview and Real-Time Notifications Now Live on the Woozle Platform

Woozle's primary research platform now includes splitview for survey review and real-time email and in-app notifications across project milestones.

Primary research generates volume. Dozens of survey responses, multiple deliverables per project, ongoing conversations between analysts and the research team. The bottleneck is rarely the research itself. It is finding, reviewing, and acting on what has been delivered, when it matters.

Two updates to the Woozle platform address this directly: a new way to read and navigate survey data, and a notification system that removes the need to check in manually.

What's new

Splitview for survey responses, with table and preview pane layouts
Email alerts and in-app notifications for project starts, deliverable readiness, chat messages, and comment resolutions

Splitview

Survey responses on the platform previously required users to move between a list and individual records. For short, structured surveys this was workable. For longer-form responses with qualitative detail, it meant constant switching between context and content.

Splitview introduces two layout options. The first is a table view, designed for scanning and comparing responses across participants in a structured grid. The second is a preview pane, modelled on the inbox layout most professionals already use daily. Select a response on the left, read the full content on the right, and move through the dataset without losing your place.

In practice, this changes how analysts work through a set of channel checks or expert survey responses. A hedge fund analyst reviewing 30 responses from enterprise IT buyers can now scan for patterns in the table, then switch to the preview pane to read the three or four responses that warrant full context. No clicking in and out. No losing your place in a long list.

Splitview turns survey review from a sequential task into a navigable one.

Email alerts and in-app notifications

When a project kicks off, when a deliverable is ready for review, when someone sends a message in the project chat, or when a comment you posted is resolved, you now receive a notification. Both via email and within the platform.

Previously, staying current on project status meant logging in and checking. That works when you are running one project. It does not work when you have multiple active workstreams, a full calendar, and limited time to context-switch. The result was that deliverables sometimes sat unreviewed, chat messages went unseen, and feedback loops slowed down.

The notification system covers four triggers:

→ Project starts
→ Deliverables ready to review
→ Chat messages received
→ Comments you posted are resolved

Each trigger generates both an email alert and an in-app notification, so the update reaches you regardless of whether the platform is open. For deal teams running diligence on tight timelines, or analysts tracking a catalyst with a narrow window, the difference between seeing a deliverable the hour it lands and seeing it the next morning is material.

Notifications ensure that finished research reaches the people who need it, without requiring them to go looking for it.
